FRONT CAMBER & CASTER LOWER ARM INNER BUSHINGS (with KMAC retaining the original OEM Hi-Strength forged alloy arms). Camber can be fitted with out arm removal. Unique KMAC patented design breakthrough allows “precise single wrench” adjustment – on car without disassembly each time. Caster bushes are Monoball / 2 Axis significantly improving Brake and Steering response and with fail safe lock system.

    “ADJUSTABLE” BUSHINGS
    (ALSO REPLACING THE HIGHEST WEARING).
BIGGEST / QUICKEST / STRONGEST ADJUSTMENT SYSTEMS
    NOTHING COMES CLOSE ….
Experience Of Resolving OEM Suspension Shortcomings Since 1964 !
KMAC – REVOLUTIONIZING HOW ADJUSTMENT IS MADE !
    (UNIQUE KMAC PATENTED DESIGNS)
    “SINGLE WRENCH ON CAR”
SINCE THE 1960’S BUSH ADJUSTMENT HAS BEEN TIME CONSUMING – Requiring arm removal and pressing in a offset bush at a ‘clock’ position – example 1.30 for half degree or 3 O’clock for one degree. Then reconnection of arm and trialing on alignment rack. With need to repeat procedure if not precise setting !
    KMAC CHANGED ALL THAT
Now Bush inserted in ANY OFFSET POSITION ! THEN SIMPLY ROTATE BOLT HEAD TO OBTAIN EXACT ALIGNMENT SETTING. All kits supplied with bush extraction tools and majority fit without need for arm removal !
Bushes also feature twice the load bearing and impact area of OEM and where applicable are Mono ball / 2 Axis / Self aligning – (without the use of oil and air voids). Result is significantly improved brake and steering response.
The Camber, Caster and Toe bushings are also precisely adjustable (unique KMAC patented design – single wrench on car – accurately under load direct on alignment rack). With the lower arm “Camber” bushings providing also “extra” track width (and negative adjustment to further reduce understeer) on race days.
NOTE: THE ABOVE KMAC Unique design “MONO BALL / 2 Axis / Self Aligning bushes” besides having “two and a half times” the load bearing / impact area of OEM also supercede / outperform short life delrin bushes or often used small sized “steel spherical bearings” – that with their wafer thin Teflon liners soon pound out.
RESULT : Finally providing adjustment for “OTHER THEN SHOWROOM HEIGHT” conditions. Day to day commuting encountering high cambered roads, wheel squat through altered height – load carrying or lowering, fitting wide profile tires, curb knock damage.
THE CAPABILITY TO RESOLVE COSTLY, PREMATURE,
EDGE TIRE WEAR – ALSO CORRECTLY FIX STEERING PULL.
Along with ability to improve traction, understeer / oversteer (or Track days in the pursuit of Front Row Of The Grid Lap Times).
OTHER BRANDS replace OEM rubber with urethane to eliminate the soft rubber, oil and air voids in the endeavour to improve brake and steering response. Problem here is that with today’s Auto’s multi link suspension arms and different mount angles, this inhibits arms travelling through their required arcs which can cause even more (not less) wheel tramp / loss of traction with arms binding, locking up and which can lead to arm breakage !
